1. Introduction
At National Media Alliance, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our members, donors, and participants. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which fees, payments, or donations may be refunded or cancelled.
By making a payment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Membership Fees
- All membership registrations and renewal fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
- In case of duplicate payment due to technical error or transaction failure, members can request a refund within 7 working days of payment by emailing us at nationalmediaalliance.india@gmail.com with transaction details.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 working days.
3. Event Fees / Program Registration
- Event or training registration fees are non-refundable once a participant has confirmed their participation.
- If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organization, participants may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer of registration to the rescheduled event or another upcoming program.
4. Donations
- All donations made to National Media Alliance are treated as non-refundable contributions. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
- In case of an error in the donation amount or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 3 working days at nationalmediaalliance.india@gmail.com
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorization, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue as per applicable banking or payment gateway guidelines.
6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
All approved refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment that was used for the original transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). No cash refunds will be provided.
7. Changes to Policy
National Media Alliance reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
